Lighter, more durable and stealthier than the rest of the line-up, the Black Bay Ceramic was introduced by Tudor in 2021, as a more contemporary take on their most successful model. As well as a decidedly different aesthetic, the Ceramic housed an updated movement; the METAS certified MT5062-1U. Accurate to between 0 to +5 seconds a day and decorated in case-matching black, it is visible through a display case-back, unusual for the brand. The ceramic case, with its scratch resistance and clean look, coupled with the hybrid material strap, make this a great dive watch.

The Black Bay was already the perfect all round watch. The addition of this ceramic model made it even tougher and lighter. Couple that with the METAS movement and display case-back and you’ve got an incredible piece.

Condition report

Excellent - Only light scratches on back of lugs from strap changes. Hybrid strap worn but very good. Nato strap unworn.
