Rolex Oyster Perpetual 41
The Rolex Oyster Perpetual - or OP41 in this instance - denoting the new 41mm case size, was debuted in 2020 under the reference number 124300. This new reference replaced the previous 39mm Oyster Perpetual and offered a range of seven dial colours. Under the bonnet a new calibre, the in-house 3230 was introduced in the OP, as well as in the Submariner No Date. With its 70-hour power reserve and Rolex’s Superlative Chronometer status, this movement increased the watch’s capability over the outgoing model.
What we think
The OP41 is such a versatile watch, particularly with this clean black dial. Whether you pair it with a suit, or jeans and t-shirt, it always hits the mark.
